On-site field investigation work moves differently than a scheduled interview. Investigators often need to speak with multiple witnesses in different languages, on short notice, before people disperse or memories fade. Our interpreters work alongside investigators in real time, accurately relaying what witnesses and involved parties say as facts are gathered.
Why Speed Matters
In the hours right after an accident, witness accounts are freshest and people are easiest to reach. Having an interpreter on scene means language isn’t a barrier to gathering accurate, timely statements — we do our best to accommodate short-notice requests when investigators need an interpreter quickly.
